Located on the fringe of Cuba Street, this dual mix building has been structurally refurbished by NZCEL for a refreshed look through a small strengthening and alterations to the existing.
Simple timber and lightweight steel strengthening to the main structure and a new two-level blockwork carport and sun deck area to the rear has been chosen as the way to go on this beautiful project.
