Nike has extensive work experience in New Zealand, Australia, and South East Asia. She has experience in administering development and support teams in aviation, international fashion retail, and running her own franchise business.
Nike holds a third dan black belt in Seido Karate and is actively training, competing in national and international tournaments. She actively learning Ballroom and Latin dances to pursue her medals. She also likes to decorate cakes and has won many awards in Wellington Sugar Craft Competitions. Nike was part of the St Mary of The Angels Choir, singing Gregorian chants and Latin Polyphony.
