Mohammad is a Senior Structural Engineer with over 16 years of experience in seismic assessment, analysis, design and project management of rehabilitation projects as well as analysis and design of new construction including residential, commercial, industrial and recreational buildings. He has a deep understanding of international design codes and hands-on experience in applying engineering techniques to projects. he led design teams on both single-discipline and multi-discipline projects.

He has an M.Sc. in Earthquake Engineering and accomplished different research projects in the earthquake engineering fields including Performance-based Design, Direct Displacement-based Design and Retrofitting Methods.

Mohammad’s LEED Green Associate certification highlights his commitment to sustainable design practices. This knowledge is valuable in today’s construction industry, where sustainability is a growing concern.

His professional achievements include Mashhad Mall Multifunctional Tourism Complex with a 25-story Residential Tower and a 35-story Hotel Tower, The 21-story Morvarid Office and Commercial Centre, Seismic assessment of the 25-story Agriculture Ministry Tower, Seismic Rehabilitation of Damaged Residential Buildings after Sarepol-e Zahab Earthquake, Seismic Rehabilitation of Several Schools and Indoor Amusement Park of Padideh Shandiz Multifunctional Tourism Complex.

In his free time, Mohammad enjoys hiking, traveling, reading books and watching movies.
