Daniel is a structural engineer with more than eight years’ experience in New Zealand. He has worked on the structural design of new residential and commercial projects from concept through to detailed design and as assessing initial and detailed seismic assessments as well as strengthening of a range of low to high rise commercial, residential and industrial buildings.

New 3 storey steel portal frame structure with precast concrete shear walls. Early Childhood Centre with retail on ground floor. The building has shallow foundations that have been designed to bear on liquefiable soil.

Two townhouse developments with a mix of 2.5 & 3 storey townhouses in Wellington. The two developments consist of 10 & 28 Townhouses respectively. They are steel portal frames and timber framing buildings on shallow foundations.
