Aaron first joined NZCEL as a summer intern one week before the Kaikoura Earthquake. Instead of updating spreadsheets He spent the summer inspecting buildings and learning first-hand how structures behave during earthquakes. Since joining NZCEL Aaron has gained experience in seismic assessment, seismic strengthening, steel design, construction monitoring and more.
Outside of work Aaron is an avid sports fan, with keen interest in football and rugby. He is passionate about youth work and helps run his local youth program.
