Craig has worked in several countries during his career and brings an appreciation and sensitivity towards the importance of getting the right design, spot-on. This starts with the concept and really thinking entirely about how the function is fulfilled within an engineered, elegant form. "Design, following getting the concept right, is a truly rewarding experience, and a truly frustrating one if the concept is poorly conceived".
